Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges:
Products may be exchanged for size or quality concerns within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. All exchanges need to be requested via email and confirmed by an MBS representative. To have your exchange confirmed, please email us at: returns@markbysavion.com.
If a product is returned to us by a carrier for any reason, we will only be able to hold the item in our warehouse for up to 28 days. MBS will notify customers via email of any returns (we all move too fast sometimes and skip a letter, number, or proper size here or there, ha). Please promptly email any changes/updates to the order or shipping address. After the 28 day time period any unclaimed returns will be donated to charity.
Returns:
All sent products are marked with an MBS return address for your convenience.
Refunds:
All MBS sales are final. While we do not currently accept returns or offer refunds, our primary goal is the satisfaction of our customers. If there is a problem with your order, please email us your concerns at: returns@markbysavion.com so that we may help reconcile the situation.
Please note that packages marked as delivered are not eligible for refunds for any reason.
MBS is not responsible for misplaced, lost or stolen packages once a carrier has confirmed them as delivered.
